Refunds and Returns

At MB25 Ideas, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the nature of some of our products, not all items are eligible for return or exchange. We’ve outlined our policy below to ensure transparency and a smooth shopping experience.

 

Returns

We accept returns only on eligible items within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery

  • You provide a valid proof of purchase

Items not eligible for return include:

  • Intimate wear, beauty and skincare products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items marked “Sale” or discounted beyond 20%

  • Products showing visible signs of use

Shipping fees on returned items are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

 

Refunds

Please note:

We do not offer cash refunds.
Instead, once your return is received and inspected, we will issue you a store credit or offer an exchange for another product of equal value.

If the item you desire for exchange is out of stock, we will notify you of your options.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if:

  • They are defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • You notify us within 3 days of receiving the item

To request an exchange, please contact our support team with photos of the item and your order details.

 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos 

  3. Wait for return instructions and approval before shipping the item
